Warranty Coverage

Our warranty policy covers some aircraft parts sold by our company and is specified in the initial quote provided to you. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and extends for a period listed in the initial quote.  During this time frame, we guarantee that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship from our FAA approved overhaul partners.

If any of our products are found to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the part free of charge. We will also cover the cost of shipping the replacement part to you.

Exclusions and Limitations

Our warranty policy does not cover damage or defects caused by:

  1. Improper installation or use of the product.

  2. Normal wear and tear of the product.

  3. Failure to follow the product's maintenance instructions.

  4. Modification or repair of the product by anyone other than our authorized personnel.

  5. Damage resulting from accidents, abuse, or misuse.

  6. Acts of God or natural disasters.

  7. Damage to the product during transit.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you need to make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department within the warranty period. Our customer service representatives will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective part for inspection and evaluation.

Once we receive the defective part, we will inspect it to determine the cause of the defect. If the defect is covered by our warranty policy, we will repair or replace the part and ship it back to you free of charge.

If the defect is not covered by our warranty policy, we will provide you with a quote for the repair or replacement cost.
