Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns on all aviation parts within 30 days of the date of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department via our Contact Us page and provide us with the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- The part number and serial number of the product being returned
- The quantity of the product being returned
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
Restocking Fee
Please note that all returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price. This fee is necessary to cover the cost of processing the return, visually inspecting, restocking and repackaging the product for resale.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the product meets these requirements, we will issue a refund minus the restocking fee. Refunds will be processed within [insert time frame] of receiving the returned product.
Exclusions and Limitations
